Avoid Like the plague, this company offers little to no support with 24 hour + response time, no real technical knowledge & canned responses for most questions, with an ability to totally ignore questions with irrelevant information.

Use at your own risk!! Be warned.

What a nightmare!!! In the end I had no option but to transfer to another web host. They have a call centre in India the staff speak broken English and i just did not get anyway with them they can now do with out my £99 Would encourage everyone to avoid them!

Absolutely dreadful. Was with them for 4yrs. The first 3 were OK, but they have totally gone to shit the past year.

- Uptime - crap (once a month downtime is a regularity)
- Ongoing SMTP and mail server issues - you may as well use Gmail
- Customer support is fairly prompt, but (even ‘technical’) has no clue what they’re doing any more
- 12-month minimum contract terms are archaic and trap you into a shabby service. Oh, and watch the terms and conditions because if you don’t tell them you want to leave *way* in advance they’ll still invoice you for the year and restrict access to your websites until they get paid (even if you tell them you don’t need the year’s worth of hosting)
- Phone support shipped out to India or some bullshit

UTTER WASTE. I hope they go bankrupt and fold.

StreamlineNet registered my domain in their own name instead of mine. Now they expect me to pay £11.75 to transfer it into my name.

Customer support seems devoid of any intelligent reasoning. Every support ticket receives a standard response. I asked to escalate my complaint and still get the same response. Hopeless.

I’ll be out of there as soon as I can. Thank goodness I found out sooner rather than later, I was about to upgrade to the bulk package and register another 7 domains.
