We love fasthosts - cheap and cheerful is the best way to describe them - their support may be rubbish but you get what you pay for!

Absolutely atrocious hosting - the webspace has the worst download speed, the pings timeout, gets a 0 out of 10 from multiple website speed checkers, and the number of connection failures would make a connection failure farm go out of business. Technical Support is non-existent, when they do reply, it has chipped phrases suggesting the person doesn’t speak very good English, customer services are worse, they love to play the “Tech Support: Call Customer Services; Customer Services: Call Tech Support” card on their expensive to call telephone numbers (10p per min!). Avoid like the plague. Others feel the same - just google “Fasthosts complaints”.

You think a company would value it’s customers not this bunch, they simply do not care!

I feel I have been ripped of by these people and reading the reviews on the web ( I wish I looked before!) I am not alone.

I have made formal complaints to Gloucestershire Trading Standards and to the Office of Fair Trading as I feel these guys need sorting out.

If you are thinking of being a fasthosts customer I have one word for you “DON’T” you will regret it. If, like me, you are unhappy with the way you have been treated then do something about it and report them, they have to be accountable for their actions.
