3.8We’ve been a Donhost reseller for over five years and have to say we’ve been very happy with the service we’ve got. Things have got worse since Dan sold the business a year or so back but still a good setup with absolute minimum downtime. Keep it up!

1.8Appauling technical support - if you ring up they just tell you to e-mail in - if you e-mail in you end up waiting 2 days for a response. Was much better a few years ago but would definately avoid.

0Still on a downward slide. Simple requests and enquiries take days to get a reply. As a reseller we need reliable quick support so we can offer the same to our clients.
