I’m amazed that anyone would think that Dataflame was exceptional. I have used them, mainly because I cam’t be bothered to transfer all my domains and services to another provider, for a number of years and at best I find them average.

Far from being simple to use their on-line resources are cumbersome and the navigation of their site illogical, almost unfathomable at times. I find it extremeley difficult to use.

Their support is poor and the support staff argumentative and unreliable. Mpost annoyingly their billing departmenmt have a very nasty habit of taking payments for domain renewals without authority.

So all in all, I wouldn’t consider them better than very average and getting worse.

We have been with Dataflame for about 3 years now, and have been very pleased with the level of support that has been given.

We have a number of sites that have had no problems.

It is vital for our business website to be available 100% of the time, to which this has been met.

I would highly recommend Dataflame.

Dataflame used to be a good host but I have since had to leave them due to the quality of their support. They’re fine on basic tech stuff but they are useless at anything that is even remotely taxing.

In my last talk with live chat I had to wait about 5 minutes for each of their responses which never equalled more than 10 words.

I am currently in dispute with them as they took money out of my bank via debit card even though I cancelled my hosting with them 3 months ago. I emailed their billing department who haven’t responded so I tried to raise a ticket which their support pages tell you you can do from the client area. Live chat informed me that they have now removed this link but gave no explanation. I have now cancelled the debit card so they can not take any more money from me.

I do not recommend Dataflame any more which is a shame as once they were my favourite host… steer clear
